• To fully use our services, you will need to subscribe using our online listing form where you will be required to provide us with information such as yor name, email address, birth date (in the case of making any future financial transactions), gender, zip/postal code, occupation, industry, and personal interests. For some financial products and services we may also ask for your address, social insurance/security number, and information about your assets. Once you are listed with Zoozu and sign in to our services, you will not be anonymous to us.
  

• We automatically track certain information about you based upon your behavior on our site. We use this information to do internal research on our users' demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand and serve our users. This information is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis.
  

• Zoozu may combine information that we have about you with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.
  

• Zoozu collects information about your transactions with us and your transactions with some of our business partners, including information about your use of financial products and services that we offer.

Surveys & Contests

From time-to-time our site may request information from users via surveys, contests or for particular services (e.g. newsletter). Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user will have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested will include contact information (as supplied to the site during registration) and supplementary information on your professional interests, opinions and preferences. We will use the contact information to notify winners. We will not publish winners' details on the site, although if requested, we will provide details of any winners' name and organization. If the survey or contest has a sponsor, we will share information given by entrants with the sponsor.

Our Use of Your Information

Zoozu uses information for the following general purposes:

• We use information in the file we maintain about you, and other information we obtain from your current and past activities on the Site to resolve any disputes, troubleshoot problems and to enforce our User Agreement. At times, we may look across multiple users to identify problems or resolve disputes, and in particular or rare occasions we may evaluate your information to look for users using multiple User IDs or alias.
  

Payment Processing

We take online payments for our advertisement and paid features. We use Moneris as our external payment provider. You will be required to give a valid email address, where the receipt will be mailed. When you submit your credit card information on Zoozu Paid Features page, one of our account managers will later call you to verify the information. In addition to the information outlined above, we require the billing address of the credit card you use so that we can pass this to Moneris, who will then check the address against the cardholder's details for security purposes. We store these billing details on our servers in case we need to contact you in the future regarding payments. Moneris requires that you provide your credit card details to process the transaction. Your payment processing is done on a secure server using SSL (Secure sockets layer).

While paying via check, the check should be made payable to ZooZuCom Rating Professionals Ltd. (take the address from contact us page).

In certain cases one of our account managers can also come and visit you, so that you can make your payments through them and be issued a receipt, followed by a confirmation email receipt by Moneris.

Our Disclosure of Your Information

Unfortunately, due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways that are not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. By way of example (without limiting the foregoing), we may be forced to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. We can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we believe we must in our sole discretion due to necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us to legal liability.

Advertisers

Zoozu.com Community

Throughout the Site, you are identified by your User ID, which is thereby disclosed to other users and third parties. Your User ID can be used to identify you and your activities throughout the Site. Other people can see your rating, your postings on the Site, and so on. Please be aware that if you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you risk receiving unsolicited messages from other parties in return. Zoozu.com cannot be liable for any such communications.

Legal Requests

Zoozu.com cooperates with law enforcement inquiries and other third parties to enforce laws, intellectual property and other rights. Local and international law enforcement agents can request and possibly receive your personally identifiable information.

Suppliers and Other Service Providers

From time to time, we use third party Suppliers and Service Providers to facilitate our services. Any Service Provider that collects information directly from you (such as the situation where we ask a Service Provider to conduct a survey for us), you will be notified of the involvement of the Supplier or Service Provider and all information disclosures you make will be strictly optional.

"Tell a friend" Services

Zoozu.com offers a service where you can e-mail site content to a friend or colleague. This will involve entering the e-mail address of your friend. We do not use the e-mail addresses you enter for any purpose other than to send your friend the e-mail. The email address of your friend or colleague will only be stored after seeking his/her consent. Otherwise we do not store, rent or sell these e-mail addresses.

Except as otherwise expressly discussed in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. We are not responsible for the extent that you go to in disclosing your information to other parties, whether they are other users of the Site or other sites throughout the Internet. These companies may use your personal information to help Zoozu communicate with you about offers from Zoozu and our marketing partners. 4. We transfer information about you if Zoozu is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Zoozu will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.


• Zoozu does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad. However, by interacting with or viewing an ad, you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad.

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Zoozu may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Zoozu account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
